As a Property Developer, Mentor & Coach, I’m on a mission to help women like yourself step into your power to create the life you want and deserve, using property development as the vehicle to make that happen.
I've made good use of this strategy, having completed 18+ projects using a variety of strategies including new builds, renovations, land subdivisions, joint ventures with property owners, option agreements, removal homes and dual occupancies.

Our focus together is simple: to get you unstuck and making offers on deals and to do that we need to hone your skills and narrow your focus to only the actions needed to find your first property development deal, cutting out all the other noise and distraction.
This isn’t another property development course with mountains of learning. In fact, we are going to do the opposite, focusing on action taking and expanding or deepening your knowledge as needed along the way.
We are going to take all the theory you’ve learnt and put it into practice, ironing out all the struggles that you are currently experiencing.
And the best part? I’m going to be alongside you every step of the way, to help guide and support you. You're not signing up for another course where you just get presented with lots of general information. No we are going to be focused on you and where you are right now - your challenges, goals and actions needed - and we are going to do that face to face, one on one via our zoom sessions, so you get plenty of facetime, plus online support so we can chat outside of our sessions.
